reservation requests with less than 48-hours notice
As a boutique tour operator, our private guides and group tours are often sold out days in advance. Please call us if you wish to reserve a tour with less than 48-hours notice and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you leave a voice mail message and do not receive a reply it is due to one of the reasons below.
• Returning your message was not possible due to high call volumes, and we are completely booked.
• Your voice message was inaudible due to distortion that sometimes happens with international calls.
• Your hotel concierge did not leave a voice message with your name, room number or the name of your hotel.
• Your return phone number could not be reached due rare restrictions that can occur with US and EU carriers, especially with cell phones.
Please remember to provide as much information as possible so that we can more efficiently respond to your questions. We generally respond to email messages within 48-hours. Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, and we may not always respond during weekends. If you don’t receive a response within 24-hours, Monday to Friday, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folders.
